This fine Grade II Listed Mid-Georgian house, refitted in the Regency period and extended during Queen Victoria’s reign, had lost much of its original detail and charm before being acquired by our client. Historical analysis was necessary to recover information in certain areas. The project involved much repair of the structure and fabric, together with the renewal of all services. The works also include the deisgn of period fixtures and fittings, landscaping and the refurbishment of the adjoining property.
